Overview
Initially intended as a tool for supporting participants, new requirements were gradually added. For example, it is now possible to
schedule participants' exams and calculate computer requirements. The app itself is a monolith in MVC design, programmed with common
web technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript). Data is stored in a MySQLi database. Any languages are supported.
Participants
Each participant can be assigned a supervising employee who is supervised at the interval requested by the participant. This is documented
here so that optimum support is provided. Support includes an initial briefing, regular discussions and the assignment of the appropriate
technology. The whole process is mapped statistically in order to identify trends that will enable even better support at a later date.
Any series content can be generated for participants and data export is guaranteed.
Exam planning
For participants who have to take certified examinations, dates and corresponding proctors are planned here. Proctors can enter
themselves in an availability list where they could take over the supervision of an exam and are then assigned. Statistical evaluations
are implemented to ensure that this is balanced. In addition, employees can register themselves for special tests. Export functions
are integrated.
Location computer technology
The computer resources at different locations or regions can be planned here based on registered and incoming participants.
Diagrams show where resources are needed or where there are too many. Furthermore, responsible administrators can be assigned
and data can be exported.
